  • PayPal (standard processing fees apply; Shopify does not add extra fees)

  • We offer PayPal as a secure payment option for all orders. Shopify automatically creates a PayPal Express Checkout account for our store, which can be set up quickly and easily.

    Fees: Shopify does not charge additional third-party transaction fees for orders processed through PayPal Express. Standard PayPal processing fees apply.

    Functionality: PayPal allows customers to pay using a variety of methods, including bank accounts, credit cards, and PayPal balances, providing a convenient and secure checkout experience.

5. Order Confirmation & Receipts

  • After payment, customers receive:

    • Order Confirmation: Email with order details.

    • Digital Receipt: For records.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, check your spam folder or contact customer service.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Refunds

  • Domestic Products (USA-based brands): Customers must contact us via email info@themassagechairspecialists.com or by phone +1 (302) 208-7919 to request a return within 30 days of your product being delivered. Provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the supplier receives the returned product. You will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds occur after receipt of returned items for domestic products.

  • Overseas Products (China-based brands: Rocozyer): When purchased these products are considered final sale. No refunds/exchanges/returns are accepted. Warranty support is provided by the supplier, and we facilitate claims and communication on your behalf. We will help and provide assistance to you with any troubleshooting or issues that arise.

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy for further information, or please contact us.

6.2 Cancellations

  • $20 processing fee + ~3% credit card fees apply. Such fees are disclosed at checkout.

  • If order has shipped, return shipping and rerouting fees may apply.

  • Supplier-specific cancellation policies override if different.

7. Currency & Territory

  • All transactions are in USD ($). Bank conversion fees may apply for non-USD accounts.

  • Purchases and shipments are limited to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not accept payments or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

  • Verification may be required for identity, billing address, or unusual activity.

  • Suspicious or unauthorized orders may be delayed or canceled to protect customers and the store.

9. Overseas Products & Cross-Reference to Shipping

  • Products shipped directly from overseas suppliers (China-based brands) may include customs, duties, and import fees in the shipping cost.

  • Refunds are not available for these products.

  • Estimated delivery timelines may differ from domestic products.
