The Etna Brick Outdoor Pizza Oven. Born of the fertile, fiery soil of Mount Etna and hand-crafted in Italy delivers an authentic taste of the Mediterranean to your outdoor kitchen. With a beautiful stucco finish and cast-iron hearth opening. 

The oven hearth is designed to be a solid, single-piece refractory floor providing an even distribution of heat across the baking surface, preventing hot and cold spots.

This oven gives you all the advantages at home of a professional pizzaiolo with a premier oven. Crafted entirely by hand in Modena – Italy, using the highest quality refractory materials and the best performing insulation for a durable oven with consistent baking performance.

The Fiero Casa Etna Pizza Oven is available in two sizes. The smaller version is called the Fiero Casa Etna Duo Pizza OvenThey both come with countertop and wood stand options, as well as gas. Ready for installation and baking for exterior use only.  

 Key Features

The Etna Quattro - Counter model is a wood-burning Italian hearth-style brick oven designed for exterior residential use. It features a stucco barrel vault facade with a granite countertop landing. It is designed to be placed on a reinforced counter or other pre-built structure capable of safely supporting its listed weight. The decorative cast-iron arch opening allows access to the hearth at 20.5” wide by 10” tall. The oven hearth is designed & manufactured in Modena, Italy as a solid, single piece refractory floor diameter measuring 43.3”. Wood fuel is combusted directly within the hearth which maximizes energy efficiency and power.

The Etna Quattro - Stand/Gas model is a gas-burning Italian hearth-style brick oven designed for exterior residential use. It features a stucco barrel vault facade with a granite countertop landing. The oven body is supported by a black steel frame with a firewood storage shelf. The decorative cast-iron arch opening allows access to the hearth at 20.5” wide by 10” tall. The oven hearth is designed & manufactured in Modena, Italy as a solid, single piece refractory floor diameter measuring 43.3”. Wood fuel may also be combusted directly within the hearth, or powered solely via LPG or Natural Gas.

With the Fiero Casa Etna Quattro Pizza Oven, you can Bake four pizzas simultaneously in 90 seconds. Bake with LPG, Natural gas, or wood!

Clearance:

Minimum clearance of the oven (built-in or standalone) to combustible materials are as follows: Top: 14” (356 mm), Back & Sides: 1” (25 mm). Non-combustible flooring must extend out at least 36” (914 mm) from the oven opening and at least 30” (762 mm) to each side of the opening. Do not fill the required air space with insulation or other materials.
