Revere Coastal Elite Life Raft, 4-8 Person - 45-CE4V

Looking for the best coastal life raft available today? Look no further. The Revere Coastal Elite has every bell and whistle possible, and it is the lightest weight raft in its class starting at just 45 lbs!

The Coastal commander has the same hull as the Offshore Commander, Although the difference is that the offshore has more equipment, reflective tape , insulated floor, canopy light and drinking water. The difference between the commanders and elites is that, the elite is made with lighter material (PU coated nylon), rather than synthetic neoprene, which is the material that the commanders are built with.

The Coastal Elite offers the entire crew easy usage when facing the stress of a life-threatening situation as opposed to other life rafts that can be difficult to lift and transport when an emergency situation arises.

Designed specifically for coastal cruising and shorter offshore runs, it delivers strong safety coverage without the bulk and cost of full offshore-rated rafts.
    • Ultra-lightweight & easy to handle
Starting at just ~45 lbs, it’s one of the lightest life rafts in its class, making storage, lifting, and emergency deployment far easier under pressure.
    • Quick, stress-free deployment system
Features an automatically inflating canopy, simple pull activation, and accessible entry ladder, allowing fast setup when seconds matter most.
    • Stability-focused design for rough coastal waters
Equipped with extra-large ballast pockets, oversized buoyancy tubes, and a self-deploying sea anchor to improve balance and reduce drift.
    • Highly visible & rescue-ready
Includes retro-reflective strips, bright canopy colors, and signaling equipment, increasing visibility in low-light or emergency conditions.
    • Complete coastal survival equipment pack
Comes with SOLAS flares, paddles, bailer, repair kit, flashlight, whistle, and more—covering essential short-term survival scenarios.

    Maintenance Tips
    • Service every 3 years (required): Maintains warranty and ensures reliability—certified servicing is mandatory.
    • Store in a cool, dry, UV-protected environment: Preserves PU-coated nylon material and vacuum-packed integrity.
    • Protect vacuum seal & avoid compression: Do not stack heavy gear; pressure can damage internal components and survival pack.
    • Inspect valise/container regularly: Check for cracks, corrosion, loose straps, or compromised seals before each trip.
    • Ensure quick-access mounting: Secure the raft but keep it instantly deployable in emergencies.
    • Check survival equipment & expiry items: Includes flares, flashlight, repair kit, and signaling gear—critical for coastal emergencies.
    • Rinse exterior after salt exposure: Helps prevent corrosion and prolongs container lifespan.
    • Avoid prolonged sun exposure: UV can degrade fabric, reflective strips, and canopy performance.
    • Crew training & familiarity: Practice deployment (auto-inflation, boarding ladder, canopy use) to reduce response time.
    • Monitor weight & handling condition: Lightweight (~45 lbs) design makes transport easy—ensure no handling damage.
