Maintenance Tips
  • Weekly Surface Clean: Wipe stainless steel exterior with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth; rinse and dry after to prevent water spots and preserve finish. Avoid abrasives, steel wool and harsh chemicals that damage surfaces.

  • Metal Filter Care: Remove and clean baffle/grease filters regularly (soak in hot, soapy water or dishwasher if applicable) to prevent grease buildup and maintain suction.

  • Interior Wipe‑Down: Periodically wipe interior and grease collection areas with a damp cloth; do not use water on motor or electrical components.

  • Safe Power Handling: Always turn off power and let lights cool before replacing bulbs or doing deeper cleaning.

  • Duct Inspection: Check ductwork for grease or debris and clear obstructions to sustain ventilation efficiency.

  • Finish Direction: Clean and polish with cloth in direction of grain on stainless surfaces to prevent scratches and enhance luster.
